- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. The core tools work without an account within a daily limit, including editing the text already in a PDF, OCR and true redaction — the features most competitors paywall. Results never carry a watermark.
- Who processes payments?
- Paid plans are sold through our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which handles checkout, billing and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew until you cancel; you keep access to the end of the paid period.
- What is the refund policy?
- Full refund within 14 days of a first purchase, no questions required. See the refund policy for renewals and how to request one.
- What does Lifetime mean?
- One payment of $299 for permanent Pro access on your account — no renewals, and it includes future Pro features.
- What happens to my files?
- Files you process are deleted automatically 60 minutes after last use, on every plan. Only documents you explicitly save to your account are kept.
